Scelgo S.p.A. is committed to making its digital services usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility status of the website https://www.scelgointernational.com with reference to the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, to the relevant guidelines issued by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) with Determination no. 38 of 4 March 2026, and to the international WCAG technical standards.

The minimum mandatory reference level is WCAG 2.1 AA (WCAG 2.2 recommended).

2. Non-accessible content

• Third-party content and services embedded in the website, whose design and maintenance are outside the control of Scelgo S.p.A., may not be fully accessible.
• Downloadable documents published on the website, if any, may not yet be fully accessible.
• Compliance is the result of internal self-assessment and testing; independent audits may be carried out as part of the continuous improvement programme adopted by the company.

c) Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation: third-party content and services not controlled by the organisation, and pre-recorded media published before the obligations came into force.

• Navigation menu contained in a named landmark.
• Page language correctly declared as English, matching the content.
• Page zoom and text resizing not blocked on mobile devices.
• Accessible names for icons and links; decorative icons hidden from assistive technologies.
• Contact form fields programmatically associated with their labels, with autocomplete and appropriate input types.
• Newsletter subscription with a real label instead of a placeholder only, an associated privacy checkbox, and outcome messages announced to assistive technologies.
• "Back to top" control operable by keyboard.
• Loading indicator announced as a status message.
• The reduced motion system preference is honoured.
